JOB TITLE: Sr. Technical Product Manager

LOCATION: 9700 Health Care Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55343

DUTIES: Build collaborative relationships with UHC Medicaid team members including Marketing, Member Experience, Operations, Product, and IT. Understand Medicaid market, business objectives and strategies. Partner with C&S marketing and experience to define the digital vision, objectives, key results, and benefits and then track OKRs to measure success/outcome. Analyze data, including member feedback, member digital activity, call and chat data, technical performance reports and other information to drive strategy, tactics and resolve product issues. Monitor data trends to influence strategy and product planning, as well as product accuracy. Write capability documents, user features and technical requirements, user stories and other artifacts required for digital delivery and software development. Collaborate with experience, design, operations, marketing, and delivery partners to produce capability and feature requirements to ensure quality and effective execution. Work with product owners and managers, designers, and scrum teams to deliver commitments made through requirements, planning, and delivery. Partner with senior leadership to define the digital vision, goals and benefits and then track KPI’s to measure success/outcome. Engage and collaborate with project sponsors to jointly define emerging projects and shepherd them through the Digital development process. Support the development of the overall digital product strategy and roadmap. Support the execution of portfolio projects impacting the digital member experience including those sponsored by UHC and Optum digital partners. Lead ad hoc projects with cross functional teams supporting key business goals. Develop and maintain regular communications to support leadership and business partner team communications. Work with all businesses to identify new product features that drive objectives and key results. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical or Product Management related occupation. Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: 
•    Developing digital product roadmaps and prioritize work across competing lines of business; 
•    Managing portfolios of consumer-centric digital experiences on web and mobile app with proven, positive impacts to engagement and KPIs;
•    Quantitative and qualitative analysis using DOMO, Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics and Tableau, leading to insights and strategic recommendations;
•    Managing intake and full project life-cycle documentation, including status, risks, and executive reporting using AHA! and Workfront. 
•    SPLUNK; 
•    CA Rally; 
•    JIRA;
•    SharePoint;
•    MS Office;
•    Figma;
•    MIRO;
•    AEM (Adobe Experience Manager);
•    ServiceNow;
•    InVision;
•    MTAG (Medicare Tracking Approval Governance);
•    MOTE (Member Outreach and Touchpoint Engine).

RATE OF PAY: $132,000.00 – $180,659.00/Year
