As a member of the PHD’s Sales Ops Consulting team, you will be working on escalated issues from Field Sales Leaders. In this dynamic role, you will gather relevant information from multiple systems to resolve various escalated issues, including those related to enrollment, provider services, and member services. To accomplish this, you will carefully review the request and relevant processes, collaborate with our team and tier 2 partners, and provide concise, but complete resolutions. You will also be asked to consider process improvement ideas for enhancements.
Work Schedule: The Sales Ops Consulting Analyst is a full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday), 8-hour shift between 8am – 5pm CST. From time to time, schedule flexibility will be required to meet the business needs. This is a hybrid/remote position where you would be required to work onsite least 1 day per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
- Provide explanation and information to others on process improvement initiatives
- Collect relevant information by pulling and analyzing data from multiple systems
- Use relevant data to make fact based decisions
- Manage business relationships with field partners
- Take on additional tasks as they are assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of Member Service, Enrollment, Producer Helpdesk, and/or Provider Relations experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Must not be on any performance management warning level
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Medicare Sales or Operations Experience
- IMPACT system experience
- English/Spanish Fluency
Soft Skills:
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with tier 2 partners and field leaders
- Proven self-starter with the ability to contribute independently without direct oversight
- Above average technical skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Display the willingness to be a team player

The salary range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
