Sr Marketing Specialist, Infusion Pharmacy – National Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the unique marketing needs of our infusion pharmacy pharmaceutical manufacturer industry relations team
• Work with marketing team members, digital marketing team, project managers, subject matter experts, sales and account management teams to create and execute pharmaceutical manufacturer marketing campaigns to accelerate growth
• Support sales/business initiatives by developing and implementing a marketing strategy that includes key activities such as presentation decks, print collateral, digital content and other materials related to our capabilities and services that define our value for pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Proactively engage and partner with our industry relations, clinical and pharmacy care services teams to effectively define strategies that will grow our relationship with pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Support capability/product launches, develop and distribute field-facing and client-facing communications
• Coordinate the development of creative projects with Creative Services
• Ensure branding and messaging are consistently utilized across all marketing materials
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in a Marketing or Communications role
• Work experience handling writing needs surrounding marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, and decks

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in health care, pharmaceutical or infusion pharmacy industry
• Proven organizational skills 
• Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables to meet deadlines  
• Demonstrated self-starter and team player 
• Proven ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and subject matter experts 
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
