Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff. Experience in performance management and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support operational needs
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to improve patient experience and operational workflows
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with staff, providers, patients, and leadership across all levels
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as clinical teams, billing, IT, and administration
  • Provider Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment on scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and scheduling software
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills using all Microsoft tools or similar tools

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
  • Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and scheduling software
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support operational needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations for front desk or patient access roles  
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
