We are seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead thought leadership initiatives, which are pivotal in enhancing brand awareness and promoting the organization as a thought leader in the life sciences industry. Key functions will include driving brand awareness through strategic thought leadership efforts and positioning the business and its solutions as industry-leading by curating and creating multichannel marketing content to reach key audiences. Additionally, the role involves leading the organic social media presence, showcasing the leaders as authoritative voices in the field. The ideal candidate will focus on reaching decision-makers, fostering strategic relationships and establishing the company as a thought leader to capitalize on market opportunities and build a robust business pipeline.
If you are located in Minnesota, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy aligned with business goals. Identify key market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them. Leverage regular metrics and feedback to adapt marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness
- Own and execute multi-channel content development and drive thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand awareness and position the organization as a leader in life sciences
- Lead organic social media marketing strategy and execution to promote leaders as authoritative voices in the field as well as positioning key products and services
- Foster trusting and collaborative relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, legal and privacy partners, and marketing colleagues to inform strategies and execution, and drive external engagement success
- Work with third party agencies and vendors as needed for external engagement efforts, ensuring high quality, timely output
- Work with business stakeholders, legal, branding, external communications and others to obtain necessary approvals for messaging and materials
- Identify and support other ongoing and ad hoc marketing activities as needed as the business evolves and grows over time
- Share marketing updates on a regular basis with marketing leadership, business leadership and key stakeholders to demonstrate the progress and effectiveness of your work

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare and content marketing
- Ability to model positive, collaborative leadership behaviors and develop talent
- Proven strategic partnership skills with business leaders and ability to act independently
- Proven excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; highly organized and able to multi-task
- Proven conceptual and strategic thinking; capable of both strategy and execution
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change and willing to challenge the status quo
- Empowered to work independently and lead through change
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
