The Senior Product Analyst for E&I Specialty Benefits assists the team with the daily management of Dental, which includes the implementation of any new products and/or change controls.  

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • The development, management and implementation of new product filings and product refreshes for the Dental product
  • The development, management, and implementation of both new and existing product portfolio, which consist of just over 8,000 plus standard/custom plans
  • The management of the Change Control process, which includes state mandates, changes to product standards, and new benefit adds
  • The development, management, and implementation of benefit summaries for all products, which consists of just over 8,000 plus summaries 
  • The management of regulatory rules for all products
  • Issue resolution for all products
  • The management of the Dental mailbox
  • Building of new plans as requested
  • USP development and management for Dental
  • USP testing for Dental
  • USP maintenance of Portfolio
  • COC development and implementation for Dental for both USP and FACETS
  • Development, coordination, and management of new system functionality enhancements, which includes, Quick Quote, Stepwise, Cirrus, FACETS, OnBase, Solaris, SAMX FI, SAMX LF, and SBM
  • Preform audits and works findings
  • Generate product reporting and road mapping

Required Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of business experience within the following areas: product management and development, account/product management, business/finance, marketing, research and systems information management and/or operations
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience taking initiative to research product modification requests
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience displaying and using project management tools
  • Proven self-motivator, with a positive attitude and creative drive
  • Proven flexible and willing to take on new challenges
  • Proven solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven detail oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI or Six Sigma Certification/Training
  • Knowledge of Financial Protection Products 
  • Healthcare industry and/or financial service knowledge
  • Project management experience

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
