Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership/sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer/member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. May analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program/project budgets. 

 

If you are located in Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in marketing
  • Collaborate with teams on planning and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns for the Government Programs
  • Partner with teams on strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
  • Working closely with the paid media channel leads, help develop digital ad creative that aligns to ad specifications, product messaging and brand guidelines
  • Conduct competitive and market assessments to ensure content and full funnel experience is competitive and meeting consumer expectations
  • Become a multi-product specialist across Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Dual Special Needs Plans 
  • Learn to manage the end-to-end creative development and approval processes, from routing with product, legal and compliance reviewers to hand-off of final creative to channel leads
  • Help maintain inventory of compliance-approved copy decks

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree within the last 24 months or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or another applicable field of study. Coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of employment. Degree must be awarded and verified within 6-8 weeks following the commencement date at your school
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require visa sponsorship, TN visa holders, current H-1B visa holders, and/or those requiring green card sponsorship will not be considered

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Internship Experience
  • Experience in areas related to marketing
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, workload prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
  • Demonstrated solution oriented with a focus on innovative approaches to resolve customer problems
