Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy, design, development, management of existing and new vision products, programs, and initiatives
- Relationship management with external organizations, when applicable, to maintain existing and develop new programs and initiatives
- Benefit development concept intake and preparation for evaluation and prioritization
- Analysis of both internal and external data will be required to help inform decisions and recommendations
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across internal teams across the enterprise to effectively manage existing and to effectively develop new products, programs, and initiatives
- Manage select current member experience and value-add programs and initiatives, pursue new opportunities to add programs and revenue generating partnerships
- Support materials management function, including product formularies
- Regularly conduct competitive market research to help inform strategy decisions related to new product development and new member value-add programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of insurance product development experience
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Excel
- Proven solid organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project or Program Management experience
- Experience with Specialty Benefits

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
