This individual contributor role is responsible for gathering, validating, and preparing healthcare data; developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards; and producing both recurring and ad hoc reports. The analyst ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data deliverables that consultants and leadership depend on for market opportunity assessments, solution development, and client-facing engagements.

- Contributes to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
- Manage assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and adhering to established standards
Job Scope and Guidelines:

- Execute on defined reporting, dashboard, and data requests; escalates non-standard or complex issues
- Applies established metrics, data definitions, and business rules
- Works under the direction of consultants and senior team members
- Focuses on operational execution rather than interpretation or strategic consulting
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
