Designs and develops engaging, effective user experiences for a digital product or product type in order to drive customer adoption. Identifies requirements and enhances usability and aesthetic appeal of digital experience through the design of interactive flows, sketches, story boards, wireframes, motion studies, mock-ups and prototypes. Stays informed on technology and research on customer preferences, identifying opportunities to apply new technologies to enhance the digital experience. If role requires computer science and software engineering skills/ability to code, use User Experience (Tech) job function. – Basic, structured, standard approach to work. – Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill. – Performs routine or structured work. – Responds to routine or standard requests. – Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses. – Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction.
Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech, MCA with consistent academic performance from X, XII standards onwards
- Professional Certifications
- 1+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience in building Business applications in .NET Stack
- Knowledge of C#, .NET platform – Basic to Intermediate Level
- Proven good written and oral communication skills
- Proven keen to learn and pick up new skills, passionate about software development, enthusiastic and innovative
- Proven good Analytical and Problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience within healthcare sector
- Knowledge of DB (MS-SQL), XML.
