Positions in this family perform research, design, development, and management of new or existing products or capabilities to support the sale and/or internal use of services, solutions and/or functions. Responsible for delivering and/or reviewing product or capability performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to portfolio to improve value, competitive position and optimal performance to meet customer or market needs. Partners with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product or capability direction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports a specific set of capabilities by drafting recommended product design and experience requirements with input from operations, technology, and business
- Contributes to documentation to capture vision, scope and for a comprehensive list of capabilities for present build in priority order based on the business and technical sequence considerations
- Supports the development and documentation needs for current and future state workflows to illustrate the process resulting from capability requirements utilizing forward thinking strategies
- Lead competitor and market trend research to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings
- Join weekly grooming ceremonies to review feature progress and help address questions related to the capability
- Partner with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction
- Identifying potential challenges with capability generation and ideating with capability manager to resolve
- Verifying with capability manager that documented business & user requirements embody vision for the capability
- Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
- Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance data analysis, business operations, or application development
- Experience and comfort in engaging and managing diverse cross-functional teams
- Proficient in market research & data collection
- Proven understanding of development methodologies
- Ability to explain relationships between functional elements (capabilities), overarching product and business strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Proven to be self-motivated with a mindset of continuous learning
- Proven expert ability to clearly articulate problems
- Proven excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
