  • Collaborate with client relationship management to create content that supports retention, renewal and expansion efforts (e.g. slides, presentations, templates, case studies, guides, toolkits) that reinforce the value of the Optum Financial offerings
  • Analyze client feedback, usage data, and renewal trends to identify risks and opportunities

Client Event Strategy

  • Develop a comprehensive B2B event strategy: sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, conferences, client roundtables and executive experiences designed to reach employer and payer prospects through sales team engagements focusing on lead generation and client engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, business and client relationship management stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives and maintain strong event planning and reporting communication
  • Incorporate business value story, positioning and creative elements into event elements and content such as the booth presence, collateral, program ads, giveaways and speaker presentations
  • Liaison with the enterprise Events Center of Excellence (ECOE) team who manages the event execution including event logistics, vendor relationships and provides post-event reporting
  • Manage events budget, track ROI and optimize event plan through data-driven insights

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
