The Whole Health Solutions marketing team is looking for an experienced demand generation marketing manager to support payer marketing. This role will be a leader in the Payer space and will work in close collaboration with senior leaders in Growth and Product. This person needs to be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with extensive background in marketing channels such as event production/management, email marketing, and digital marketing.
If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Growth Marketing: Work in close partnership with our Growth team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive pipeline across Whole Health Solutions
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns, including account-based marketing, for Payers across channels such as events, email, social media, display and search advertising, and partner marketing
- Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of all Payer campaigns. Adopt test and learn approach to constantly seek out and proactively pitch new demand generation partners and strategies
- Marketo B2B Email Journeys: Design, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns using Marketo
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to drive insights and make informed decisions to enhance marketing performance
- Budget Management: Work with team lead to manage and oversee the demand generation budget for Payer marketing
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital strategy, brand/creative, sales, customer success, and product to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel b2b campaigns
- Experience in analytics including end-to-end campaign reporting and analysis
- Experience managing multifaceted projects requiring a high level of organization, effective communication and the ability to prioritize time and resources efficiently
- Experience in digital marketing including paid media and email marketing
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in b2b demand generation marketing
- Experience in health care marketing
- Experience using analytic tools such as Marketo, PowerBI, and Salesforce

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
