The CSS also supports the CARE Work Order processes, updating and communicating program changes to the business, and facilitating discussion regarding work order impact, trends and outcomes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities outline the principal and essential functions of the position. Specific circumstances may require individuals assigned to the job to perform a somewhat different combination of duties:
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: With the support of their assigned CC, cultivate and enhance business relationships with UMR customers, internal functional areas, service vendors, and UHC partners.
- Support and Expertise: Serve as the day-to-day contact and subject matter expert for all CARE-related products and services.
- Reporting: Distribute CARE-related reports as requested by the assigned CARE Consultant.
- Ensure BenefitsConnect is updated appropriately with the assigned CARE products and services for each group (except wellness)
- Review ID cards for updates as needed (CARE Information)
- Process NONB (Notice of New Business) and assigned appropriate CC/ACC
- Update Plan Library when CARE products are revised
- Review HCC claimants when requested by CC
- Manage and monitor general email box (CSS team mailbox)
- Work closely with IC and PI team for new business, migrations, and upsells/revisions
- And all other duties as assigned by director

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 5+ years of experience working directly with customers, providers or in a health care setting
- 2+ years of experience working in business, insurance, health care administration, nursing or a related field such as a wellness program
- 2+ years of experience with managed care, and/or wellness program and group health delivery systems
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, and ability to work well with all levels within the company and external customers and vendors
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships which aide in the retention of the customer for UMR
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to prioritize, plan, organize and manage work effectively
- Prior experience working at UMR

The salary range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
