The Regional Growth Manager role is accountable for all growth-related efforts with clinics and providers for East Florida which includes the Orlando, Treasure Coast and South FL markets. This role will lead a regional team who is directly responsible for the education and engagement of providers and clinical staff members, insurance brokers, health plan partners and community partners to drive growth and marketing activity. The Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing growth and marketing programs in alignment with enterprise strategy and in support of market business goals and priorities. The Growth Manager role must establish strong partnerships and work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders externally and across the organization including: regional clinic operations leaders, medical directors, marketing function leads, health plan, agency and community partners to ensure growth and marketing programs are executed in alignment with business needs; those strategies will be prioritized, optimized and executed in partnership with clinic operations teams. The Growth Manager will track and measure organic growth of our clinics and program/campaigns key performance indicators to assess and report on program effectiveness. This role will directly report to the Director of Marketing for Florida, with regular directional input from regional leadership. This is a Field based role in the East FL market that requires moderate travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities in the market and partner with market leadership to prioritize those opportunities based on current conditions
- Lead the growth team for East Florida, providing strategic guidance and regular coaching with a focus on creating a collaborative, successful growth channel within the overall growth team
- Implement, measure, and improve strategies focused on adding new Medicare Advantage patients in collaboration with clinic teams and providers
- Develop and establish efficient processes to support a high-quality level of service to clients, including clinic teams, community partners, agency/health plan relationships. Some of these processes may include but are not limited to: communicating growth program objectives and updates, facilitating collateral materials, delivering trainings, sharing best practices and more
- Responsible for developing and continuing to optimize relationships with clinic operations leadership, our providers and clinicians in our clinics
- Influence the patient growth forecasting and budget creation processes based on local market intel
- Responsible for effectively communicating and educating our clinicians and clinic operations partners on Medicare Advantage plans options available in their regions, our growth and retention goals as defined by the enterprise, and how to support value-based care membership growth for their clinics and organization at large
- Responsible for the development and execution of broker programs externally and in-clinic, supporting growth and engagement of local agency and health plan sales team partnerships to drive value-based care membership growth
- Develop and implement clinic-driven growth strategies within budget based on identified growth opportunities and needs
- Collaborate with partners including marketing, business development, broker, communications, regional leadership and others to support business priorities and meet organization goals
- Understands and follow compliance rules and CMS provider marketing guidelines
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience with in a matrix organization
- 7+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- 7+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 7+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills
- 7+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
- 7+ years of experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets
- 7+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
- Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- Ability to travel 50% in South FL markets including Orlando and Treasure Coast
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of clinic operations and management
- Knowledge of or experience in working with Medicare Advantage plans
- Management experience in a health care or health plan environment
- General knowledge of data and analytics
- Basic understanding of various growth channels
The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
