As a member of the Converge Rx Clinical product team, you will contribute to our vision of advancing the pharmacy industry by developing scalable solutions. These solutions are designed to enable pharmacies to operate at the highest level of their provider licenses. Our clinical solutions empower customers to bridge the gap between pharmacy and healthcare, extending beyond the prescription filling process to positively impact patient outcomes.
As a Product Manager on the Converge Rx Clinical team, you will help set the vision for the year to come by defining and prioritizing product features that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality clinical solutions. In a SAFe Agile environment, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Your role will involve continuous engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide clear direction, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. By fostering a culture of innovation and agility, you will drive the development of solutions that enhance pharmacy operations and improve patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Proficient in analyzing market trends to identify target markets, personas, and everyday challenges faced by retail pharmacies, with a solid emphasis on clinical perspectives and solutions
- Listen to customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions that clearly articulate the WHAT and WHY behind desired software changes. This includes evaluating market fit and collaborating with the technology team to assess viability, cost, and return on investment
- Adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities
- Define and prioritize product features that align with strategic goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality clinical solutions
- Engage continuously with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide clear direction, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Pharmacy clinical experience with the ability to demonstrate solid clinical knowledge and acumen
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Product and/or Product Management
- Experience in SDLC project management tools like JIRA, Rally, etc.
- Proficiency in UX and UI design principles to effectively collaborate with and guide software teams, ensuring the achievement of business goals related to scalable pharmacy software solutions
- Expertise in interoperable system interactions within pharmacy industry software ecosystems
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and /or SAFe Agile SDLC methodologies and practices
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Pharmacist experience
- Experience in the retail pharmacy sector
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmacy-related products
- Solid leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
