We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr Digital Product Manager for our Consumer Product Office of UHC to manage the full lifecycle of a specific product or service, from strategy and development to launch and end-of-life. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving product vision and strategy, leveraging market insights to identify new opportunities, and ensuring optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, deliver exceptional customer value, and achieve performance goals. Candidates with experience in generative AI, data-driven decision-making, and advanced reporting will be solidly preferred.
This role will lead the product development for self-service voice bot solutions that leverage new Generative AI technologies to create best-in-class customer experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:
- Delivery on product vision and long-term strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities through market research, customer insights, and generative AI advancements. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform direction

- Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life (sunset). Define detailed requirements with solid business cases and collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful development

- Create innovative solutions and enhance customer experiences. Stay informed on advancements in AI tools/methodologies and partner with technical teams to evaluate and integrate AI-driven features

- Develop reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as financial performance and customer satisfaction. Use analytics tools to extract actionable insights and design dashboards for stakeholder communication and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic portfolio management and lifecycle leadership
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and advanced reporting techniques
- Experience with building a business case (exp with cost v. benefits)
- Experience working within the Agile product delivery methodology
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies, including generative AI, and their application in product innovation
- Proven exceptional reporting, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Aha
- Experience in Rally
- Experience working with chat bot or voice bots

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
