The Account Manager Client Service are responsible for driving marketing and promotion strategies for Benefitter to build our user base and create engagement plans to promote increased usage and volume for the tool and grow activity levels. In this role, you will help strengthen broker, AE and market leadership relationships to foster a collaborative foundation for growing the Benefitter tool adoption.
Position will work collectively to plan, coordinate, and execute efforts between various Business areas including Customer Support, Engineering, Product and Data teams.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive capability vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap and engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
- Drive and promote an understanding of Benefitter’s value proposition within the broker community
- Provide demonstrations to influence adoption with the prospective user
- Maintain monthly check-ins with assigned market AE’s to ensure they are supporting the tool with our user base
- Provide customer support for elevated service issues within appropriate turnaround times for follow up
- Be the SME for assigned markets by following business and industry trends and anticipate what is happening in the market from key data and information and understanding the customer/user experience and needs through feedback and listening
- Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization, including progress against goals and key metrics
- Meet or exceed growth and activity metrics through designated outreach and adoption campaigns
- Utilize data and reporting to identify opportunities and strategy development to grow our business through outlined MBO’s
- Execute special tasks and marketing projects to support overall team goals and necessary functions
- Maintain all required team reporting, roadmap tracking and business planning for market and business partner strategies and metrics
- Minimal travel is required and would be planned well in advance of need. Travel expense paid by the company

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of health insurance and/or healthcare technology experience
- 3+ years of Account Management and/or Customer Support
- Intermediate level experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Point)
- Ability to work full-time between 8:00am – 5:00pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
- Presently employed within UHC Ops & Experience
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years equivalent work experience
- Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter
- Ability to work independently; self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize complex projects
- Ability to successfully develop relationships and work in a dispersed environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with leaders and other internal and external audiences
- Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Data metrics analysis and interpretation for building our growth strategy and business planning

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
