Human Capital Internship
Explore the broader function of Human Capital throughout the summer, with exposure to leaders across the enterprise and opportunities for networking and professional development.
The Basics

Internship Details
- Develop end-to-end talent strategies plus projects focused on Diversity & Inclusion
- Participate in professional development, social responsibility, and networking
- Take advantage of mentorship opportunities
- Potential transition to full-time role as a Human Capital Consultant
About You
- Eager to focus on applied learning, innovating processes, and motivated to learn and adapt to new experiences
- Ability to consult with leadership and collaborate with team members from across the enterprise
- Critical and analytic thinking, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Human Capital Apprentice Program (HCAP)
As a Human Capital Apprentice, you’ll use your analytical thinking skills to solve the most complex human resource challenges. During this two-year development rotational program, you’ll have an opportunity to work across multiple businesses and human capital projects.
The Basics
- Two-year development rotational program
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
Program Details
- Participate in professional development and social responsibility events
- Lead a variety of projects and assignments
- Create a strong network across the organization
- Work with business leaders, human capital leaders, and/or any member of our human capital team
About You
- Full-time graduate student
- Pursuing a Master’s in Human Capital, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or MBA
- Passionate about solving complex HR problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in collaborating and coaching
