Business Analyst Internships
As a Business Analyst you will work with data, trends and teams to find opportunities for business growth. During this internship program you’ll have the opportunity to work with and learn from senior leadership, apply coursework knowledge to the real world and prepare a key project review to present to leaders at the end of the summer.
Internship Details
- Full-time, 40-hours/week internship, 10-12 weeks during the summer
- 80% focused on functional team project work
- 20% dedicated to enrichment and networking events providing exposure to the organization, leaders, career paths, mission and culture
- Attend speaker events to learn more about the company, industry and marketing
Product & Operations Development Program
In the Product & Operations Development Program, you will help us refine the programs, strategies and products to serve our members, providers and clients. In this rotational program you will work in one or more functional domains, you will have ongoing training, job shadowing opportunities and access to senior leadership panel chats.
Program Details
- One-year rotational program
- One-to-one pairing with a manager/mentor
- Business specific and development activities throughout each rotation
- Project work provides the opportunity to make an immediate impact to the business
- Presentation week following each rotation to showcase knowledge, skills and learning application
