Our commitment to diversity empowers our employees to contribute their best work. By developing a diverse team, we are able to meet the growing multicultural needs of our clients and society. For this, we created the INCLUSION STRATEGY that focus on different matters: LGBT+, Gender Equity, Disabled Persons, Ethnic Equity, Multicultural, and Generation.

dialouge group

Dialogue group whose main purpose is to promote a healthy and inclusive work environment, free from discrimination regarding sexual orientation and gender identity.

inclusion diversity

Every year we have a whole week dedicated to lectures and rounds of conversation with the participation of our leadership focused on the LGBT+ Pride and Diversity theme.

trans people

Frequent meetings with transgender patients and beneficiaries in order to understand the limitations of our services and how we can improve to serve everyone in the best way.

transforming realities

We invited transgender and transvestites people to our office and offered a lecture that covered subjects such as personal branding, professional positioning, resume best practices, and tips for a good interview.
