Designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific digital/mobile product or group of products for the full product lifecycle including strategy/design, product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life with a focus on digital, mobile, or web-based products. Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements. Has in depth knowledge of digital/mobile technology and industry trends (i.e., web design/usability, android, iOS, React Native, domain experience). Determines product features and functions based on internal and external needs and oversees product development liaising with cross functional teams including development, design, research, marketing and the business. Role is often working in the agile dev process and maintaining backlog of user stories. Prepares product documents and supports sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Uses market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction. Accountable to and/or own the P&L including delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs. If the role is not responsible for a digital/mobile product, use the Product Management job function. If role requires computer science and software engineering skills/ability to code or build digital solutions, use Technical Product Management job function.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with onsite & offshore teams for the requirements analysis & solutions design
- Play a leading role in managing the product backlog and crafting user stories and sign off on feature acceptance, all the while adhering to the agile process constituted for managing the project
- Interface with the engineering team assessing capabilities and alternatives and owning the definition and prioritization of product releases
- Create release notes, demo scripts, conduct feature demos for stakeholders, and conduct product demos for stakeholders/clients
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for products
- Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to engineering team effectively as and when needed
- Collaborate with UX and the engineering team to drive product design
- Identify and access relevant data to build compelling business cases in self-directed manner
- Consistent value delivery based on business MBOs |Drive system demo to stakeholders and customers
- Prioritize backlog at feature and user story level with complete understanding of feature
- Effective action on feedback received during retro meetings
- Identify potential issues and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Build & drive culture of innovation in the portfolio
- Well versed in Medical or Rx Claims Adjudication
- Act as a “Feature CEO” for the Product
- Needs to come from the healthcare/healthcare informatics sector
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Eligibility

- Last Common Review rating should be Meeting Expectations or Exceeding Expectations
Required Qualifications:
- BTech B.Pharm/BDS/MBBS/ with an MBA and a sound knowledge of Business Analyst/Product Owner Roles. We can consider candidates with solid healthcare background but does not possess an MBA, provided they match other criteria listed
- 7+ years of experience for Digital Product Mgr (SG27), with experience in working with Healthcare IT Industry
- Knowledgeable about MVP development and product launch
- Proficiency in developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps
- Proven astute logical reasoning and effective communication skills
- Proven skilled at outlining the technical and functional characteristics of the product roadmap
- Proven well-versed in the healthcare industry, PBM sector, core prescription adjudication system, prescription specialty subsystem, and prescription member workflow
- Proven to work in conjunction with the stakeholder team to comprehend business needs, translate them into features and user stories, and monitor the product backlog and plan
- Proven ability to create wireframes, acceptance criteria, and user stories
- Proven superior communication skills
