The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for proposal management and strategic writing for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP) and customized support for Life Science proposals. Also responsible for ensuring compliance, and delivery of all proposal deliverables to the external client, maintain insight into all phases of the Growth Proposal Services process. The focus is on bringing together all stakeholders associated with the pursuit in order to submit a winning proposal package.
A critical component of this position is the ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and complex environment where multiple leaders influence and drive the RFP response. Proposal-writing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent business-to-business writing skills are required. The ability to manage and communicate at all levels, meet tight deadlines, commitment to teamwork, detailed follow-through, and a positive demeanor are essential keys to success in this role. Ability to review and edit proposal content in a timely manner. Use proposal styles to ensure format and layout are appropriate. Ability to write or integrate and edit sections of the proposal as required, including cover letters and technical solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the proposal process including schedule, outsourcing, meetings, draft reviews, quality, and production
- Ability to provide desktop publishing, layout, formatting within tight deadlines
- Provide efficient organization skills and time management
- Develop strategic messaging content for proposals and executive summaries
- Communicate and maintain relationships with internal clients, senior leadership, and support staff to ensure that the proposal process runs at high efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance and proactively seek guidance on very complex task
- Ability to write or integrate and edit sections of the proposal as required, including cover letters and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proposal management and/or coordination experience
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially MS Teams, Word and Excel
- Proven excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills, including a high degree of comfort leading and speaking in large meetings with high-level personnel
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of the proposal process including schedule, outsourcing, meetings, draft reviews, quality, and production
- Proven solid problem resolution, analytical, research and negotiation skills
- Proven exceptional facilitation and organizational skills
- Proven ability to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP
- Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects with competing demands
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through
- Proven ability to be flexible with time management, adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proven ability to provide desktop publishing, layout, formatting within tight deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience managing Life Sciences or data science proposals

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
