This role plays a critical part in driving product development and management for Advocacy solutions tailored to UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual (UHC E&I) members. It spans across Core, Elite, and Premier Advocacy models, as well as specialized service programs such as the Special Needs Initiative (SNI) and Complex Care Concierge (C3), which support the most complex member populations. The individual in this position will lead or co-lead multiple products and strategic initiatives focused on elevating the service experience for members supported by the Advocacy solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Development: Solutioning and crafting new Advocacy program features and enhancements to better serve UHC E&I members
• Product Management: Ensuring Advocacy program KPIs and performance goals are met.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Operational, and functional partners to achieve program objectives
• Efficiency Initiatives: Identifying and advancing initiatives aimed at driving program efficiencies and cost savings

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager or Consultant
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues along with the ability to identify and implement solutions to problems
• Proven attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Proven to be a self-starter who can stay flexible and operate well in a changing environment and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with the urgency to drive work forward
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changes in work direction and able to pivot work accordingly
• Proven to be a creative problem solver
• Proven to be naturally curious
• Proven to be a team player with solid ability to form working professional relationships

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
